Ely Gold & Minerals Inc. is focused on acquisition and development of gold resources in North America. The Company is currently working with joint venture partner Solitario Exploration & Royalty Corp. toward production from the Centennial Gold Deposit, one of several targets on the Mount Hamilton property, located at the southern end of the Battle Mountain Trend in Nevada. More recently, Ely Gold's wholly owned subsidiary, Voyageur Gold, has entered into a series of transactions to acquire a portfolio of assets in the Abitibi Gold Camp in Quebec.
